The Coenzyme Q10, which is also referred to as CoQ10 can be described as a vitamin-like component produced within human body. In spite of being produced naturally within the human body, supplementation of Coenzyme Q10 is known to cause a number of side effects. However, the side effects triggered by this component rarely turn serious. Majority of the people consuming supplements of Coenzyme Q10 tolerate them quite well; only a few among them experience side effects.
