You feel that you’ve left no stone unturned in an endeavour to own a taut, chiselled body – but to no avail.

For those who want to lose weight here are innocuous gaffes committed way too often.

Liquid Calorie Intake

Those smoothies, juice, shakes that one easily gulps also easily settle on your body. Moreover, what is ever shoddier is that our brain fails to register them as calorie foods hence they do not ward off hunger pangs.

Resolution

Always opt for water every now and then when one thinks about chugging down those health drinks. Also, intake of one hundred percent juices is to be limited to just 8 oz. daily & any juice beverages totally skipped if you seriously want to lose weight fast.

Incorrect Estimation of Calorific Intakes

Those small treats do take their toll on your body. Whenever one caves in & grabs that small morsel of cake, it could take forty-five minutes of added cardiovascular workout for melting that surplus calorie load.

Resolution

Just say ‘No’ or saving treats for food forms one genuinely couldn’t exist without – rather than the senseless junk one does not even get pleasure from.

Mechanical Munching

Deem it as comestible amnesia, a disorder wherein one forgets aspects like foraging through a chip packet when vegetating in front of the idiot box or wolfing down a small pack of chocolates while leaving a grocery shop.

Resolution

Try unearthing those problem-causing periods when your self-control is at its pits by keeping track of all morsels or drinks that slip by your mouth. Keep a diary for a minimum of seven days.

Sluggishness

Although people may be perspiring in the gyms, they may move about lesser in the later phases of workouts due to tiredness setting in or one feels as though ample workout for the day has been done to skip daily activities like avoiding the elevator.

Resolution

Invest in pedometers & ensure getting a minimum of ten thousand steps daily alongside your daily exercise regime.
