Vibration Plate Exercises for Enviable Abs

Don’t we all yearn for that flattish belly? Well, it is now easier than ever with this fabulous display of vibration plate exercises intended to tighten glutes and abs muscles.

Exercise #1

  • Placement of elbows at ninety degree from shoulder areas on the vibration plate.
  • Aligning torso & leg areas.
  • Now contracting muscles of the back & abdomen.

Exercise# 2

It is a substitute to exercise# 1 wherein body placement is on the ground whilst feet placed on Vibration plate.

  • Placing elbow areas perpendicularly from shoulder areas.
  • Feet placement shoulder width apart.
  • Now aligning torso and leg areas.
  • Contracting muscles of the abdomen & back.

Exercise# 3

An exercise that helps in apparently targeting the abs and tones, firms them.

  • Being seated on the plate with legs placed on either side of the bar.
  • Now flexing knees and lifting legs.
  • Going cross-armed and raising elbows.
  • Contracting muscles of the abdomen.

Exercise# 4

It is a substitute for exercise# 3 for targeting oblique muscles and working concurrently from left to right is recommended.

  • Being seated on the vibration plate platform.
  • Flexing knees & lifting legs.
  • Opening elbows broadly and touching each elbow to the opposite knee.
  • Contracting abs muscles.

Exercise# 5

  • Being seated on the vibration plate platform.
  • Flexing knee & extending the other leg.
  • Oppositely placed shoulder is then to be touched to the bended knee whilst the other hand is to be rested on the floor.
  • The abs muscles are to be contracted.

Exercise#6

An exercise working the tricep & oblique muscles though one must try maintaining balance whilst one of the hands is positioned on the plate.

  • Placing one of the elbows on the vibration plate platform.
  • The other hand placed on the hips.
  • The entire body aligned sideways.
  • Repeating the same on the other elbow as well.

Exercise#7

For performing this exercise, the use of a step is necessary.

  • Placing shoulders at ninety degree from the elbows and hands to be placed on a step at the same height as the vibration plate platform.
  • Feet placement on the vibration plate and the body resembling a table whilst one looks towards the roof and hands balanced steadily and firmly on the step.
