There is great news for the avid mango maniac. Mango, the king of all fruits, has effective power to fights against cancer producing cells and various oxidants. Mango is a rich iron source which is good for the health and especially advised for expecting mothers. It helps to retain the normal acidic level in the stomach and aids in absorption.

Mango when combined with other ingredients usually available at your home can also be a very effective to treat blocked pores in the skin. Mango, the multimineral, multivitamin fruit helps to protect one from heart ailments. When used alone or mixed with honey dew melon and applied on the face gives a natural glow to the skin.

A blended version of a fully ripe mango and about a small bowl of yogurt is an excellent option for people who have reactive skin. A good exfoliater is the blended mix of a cup of mango and yogurt each, a half cup of oats and about three full tablespoons of honey. We can rub this mix vigorously all over the body for about a significant half an hour. This mixture is a potent scrub for the entire body and not just for the face.

A combination of extract of almonds, pureed mango, lotus seeds and honey is the ideal pack for great looking skin. The above combination can also include grated potato, grated cucumber for toned and blemish free skin.

Another great option is the combination of grounded almond-oats paste, pureed mango, milk powder (about a tablespoon) and about a tablespoon full of natural clay. This is the best bet for flawless radiance. A piece of mango when rubbed on the face is an effective home facial.

The fruit used in combination with coconut oil is a useful remedy for hair fall. A combination of sandalwood powder, pureed mango, dried ginger and manjal is great option of dull looking skin.
