The Avocado Way To Great Looking Locks

Avocado due its rich, creamy texture and power house of nutrients is an excellent deep root conditioner and makes one’s locks lustrous and smooth.

One must try the combination of one mashed pulp of the fruit, one egg yellow and about a teaspoon of olive oil. The pureed version massaged in the hair and kept for about half an hour, and then washed off, gives incredible results.

Another great option to treat coarse hair is the paste of avocado and grinded chickpea flour kept for about 20 minutes helps get great shine to the hair.

avocadoOne can try the conditioning pack of one mashed banana, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a tablespoon of coconut oil and one mashed avocado and leave for a period of 20 minutes. A heat treatment after the above application will help intensify the effects of the above pack. This pack is rich in natural creams and oil and leaves a soft coat in the hair which get damaged due to heat, sun, and pollution or drying.

This easy-to-make hair rejuvenating mix of one pulped ripe avocado, about two to three tablespoons of fresh yoghurt or sour cream and extract of about half a lemon is ideal to get the frizz out of your hair.

A potent combination of avocado oil and horsetail protects the hair from sun damage, brine water and chlorinated waters found in the swimming pools.

One can try the invigorating pack of one over ripened banana, one rotten avocado mashed together. This can be applied to the hair from the roots to the tips and left for half an hour and then rinsed away. This simple but effective pack will get rid of the frizz.

A mix of pulped avocado and three to four tablespoons of coconut oil, when properly massaged in the scalp and hair and left for half hour leaves the hair lustrous and soft. This procedure can be repeated three to four times a month for optimal results.

One can make a mix together one mashed avocado, one egg, 3-4 tablespoons of milk, half a teaspoon of spirulina powder, few drops of lavender oil. The mix can be used as a good rinse for the hair without stripping the oils from the hair.

For those who suffer from hair loss, one can try the mix of two tablespoons of avocado oil, one tablespoon of wheat germ oil, one whole egg, one teaspoon of spirulina powder, rosemary oil about 4-5 drops. This blend should be thoroughly massaged into the hair. This should be followed by a steam treatment or hot towel wrap and left for half hour. This is to be followed by a proper shampooing to rinse it off. This pack is full of vitamin E, essential proteins and fatty acids. The pack deeply penetrates the hair follicles with essential nutrients for good hair growth.
