Work life balance is a problem for all and is only a way of life for most. Anyone who works is bound to undergo a certain level of stress because it is only with the right decision made, that would ensure that you are in the right path.

Maintaining a good balance is one of the best ways to menial shift work. But it is seen that most of us are not able to make any difference between work at home and work at workplace as most of the time our work life also happens at home.

Being a workaholic could give benefits definitely but affects the overall productivity level. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy and gives him lot of stress. So if we work all day, with no specific time set aside for other things, then it is but obvious that we would be stressed. An individual under these circumstances loses sight of reality and becomes less creative. So it is important that we understand the importance of knowing to maintain a balance between work and life. Continuous work would take off the creative level within an individual and thus bringing about lesser productivity. An exhausted mind does not have the capacity to produce the maximum.
