Exercise is good for health, all say, but how many of us truly dedicate just 45 minutes a day to religiously do your exercise, doctors suggest to people for putting off extra pounds by working out on a regular basis, exercise for some might be a routine but for some it may be trouble some, people are looking for short cuts to loose weight faster without taking any physical efforts, some are even going for unhealthy crash diet courses which is very injurious to body in longer run. For getting that perfect shape for your body you have to dedicate your time and a disciplined workout routine without any interruptions.

Let’s break some absurd boundaries which are surrounding some individuals who have been living under stupid myths all these years. Your workout can bring a total change in your looks; your style, your posture, the way you interact because your new look is going to get you loads of confidence, isn’t it?

  1. The common myth that is surrounding some individual is that for getting that perfect abs posture you need to do hard core daily abs workout, well to understand the concept is no tough task you have to get your basics right. When you workout a body muscle mass it need recovery and rest for them to build again in proper shape, unless you give it a proper rest how is it going to give you results, consistently working out on alternate days 5 days a week is more than sufficient whether you are doing your abs workout or weight training.
  2. Some people think that working out your abs for half an hour will make difference, but my question is why should it take so longer a time to make your abs muscle feel the pinch? It definitely means that something is purely wrong in what you are doing, focus on your steps and the body parts you are working out, feel the strain and then see the difference.
  3. People feel that holding on and doing slower crunches helps to make your mean muscle stronger, doing normal regular crunches are as effective as doing slow crunches if you are doing too slow abs crunches then it is not going to be effective at all, not matter what workout you do it has to be just perfect without any excuses.
  4. A workout means a total fitness session, you cannot workout first and then train your abs muscles latter, a proper workout will start up with good warming up, then actual weight training or cardio sessions and at the end stretching and cooling down, consistent work out is the key and get moving.
  5. Pilates is the core muscle workout, some people think of doing pilates for training their abs, if pilates are done properly along with proper dieting and regularly doing it then it shall give you a good great looking bode.
  6. For training and building 6 pack abs you need to make use of a weight machine, this is a total myth as doing perfect abs workout will give you guaranteed results. Some machines are especially made for the people with athletic body that goes well and fits well into the machines, some women don’t even fit properly in to the machine and it might turn out that they are putting stress on the wrong part of the body so its better to do floor abs workout which is cheap, effective and user friendly.
