Instant Electrifying Stress Busters - part 2

Previously, I introduced you with some routine tips that can stimulate delightedness and show door to your very own depressed feelings. They were tips that you can include into part and parcel of life which will in turn invite eternal bliss. So let’s move ahead to take a note of other such key points that will burst your stress.

Perform yoga:
Lissa suggests an efficient yoga exercise which can ease you when you are depressed. She suggests that “fold your hands as if in prayer behind your back, then pull your shoulders back, tilting your head back and breathe deeply.” So doesn’t the exercise seem to be a twisty one? Make sure you put this into practice without any excuses to drive out.

Stretch your muscles:
Stretching opens up the hip joints that is said to grip all the stress. Lissa suggests one more stretching exercise, pay due attention to this because this can help you release stress that is jammed up in your body. Position yourself into imaginative situation:
Jay Winner who has penned the book ‘Take the stress out of your life’ explains it simply by saying “Reframing simply means putting a different context around the situation.

When you are intensely depressed, imagine that you are not the part of that gloomy event and place yourself into a peaceful and pleasant situation. For example, if you are sitting idly and bad thoughts tend to enter your mind then start inventing positive situations like you are beholding a pleasant scenic view around you. This will surely refresh your mind and you will automatically emerge out of that melancholic affair.

Eat carbohydrates:
Carbohydrates elevate the level of serotonin which in turn triggers way for calmness and relieves you from stressed feelings. The food that contains carbohydrates in large numbers is whole-grain foods, peas, beans, lentils and cereals like oats and brown rice.

Workout:
Brian Jump shares his experience that whenever he feels stressed out, he performs some pull ups, jumps unnecessarily because this workout lets efficient blood flow in the entire body. This acts as a key for leaving stress because it releases endorphins which are characterised for its quality as stress relievers.

Burst into laughter:
Yeah, you have read it right. Why I am suggesting to laugh is because the University of California has discovered through a research called Irvine study that just the feeling to laugh has this much power that it can produce hormones which are helpful for providing relaxation. It reveals that these stress- bursting hormones effect can bestow you relief as long as till 24 hours. So what are you thinking, switch on the television sets might be some comic cartoon shows are going on, or catch some comic magazines or cartoons in the newspaper. No buddy, these are not silly. They can evoke laughter and help you burst your stress.

Eat lip-smacking food:
Did you know that few foods have the potent to stimulate the growth of neurochemicals?

Live each moment fully:

Believe me it will provide your inner self with comfort and fill you with happiness.
