Flat Belly Diet Recipes – Scrumptious Ways to Losing Weight

Less Fat Frittatas with Scallion & Smoked Salmons

Ingredients

Two teaspoons EVOO

Scallion – six (white portions & one inch of green), trim & chop

Six white part of egg

Four big eggs

One-fourth c chilled water

Half teaspoon tarragon (freshly picked diced or dry form)

Half teaspoon sodium

Two ounces fine diced salmons (smoked) & slit into smallish broad pieces

Three-fourth c black olives

Method

  • Preheating oven till 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Heating a pan on moderate heat for sixty seconds, adding oil & heating for twenty seconds. Adding all the scallion, sautéing & mixing intermittently using a ladle for two minutes or till softened.
  • Combining white of the eggs, eggs, the herb, sodium plus water into a medium-sized vessel and start whisking for blending them together. Seasoning with fresh grounded black pepper. Pouring mix into the pan & laying on the salmons. Cooking and mixing cyclically around two minutes or till partly set.
  • Now transferring saucepan into the oven, to be cooked for twelve to fifteen minutes or till brownish, puffy or firm-textured & then taking it out. Using the spoon for releasing the frittata from the vessel. In a gentle manner sliding on plates, slicing & then serving with duo tbsp. tapenade.

One-eighth teaspoon fresh grinded black pepper

One cup fat-less yoghurt

One egg

Duo teaspoons brown sugar

Three-fourth cup tinned corn (around half an eleven oz. tin)

Method

  • Preheating oven till 350 degree Fahrenheit. Coating six small tins for muffins using cooking sprays or lining them with butter-paper.
  • Warming duo tablespoons oil in small pan on medium heat. Adding the chopped bell peppers, cooking & stirring for five minutes or till softened & then tip in the chopped scallion. Continue stirring, cooking or till soft and then allow cooling down for five minutes.
  • Blending together sodium bicarb, pepper, corn meal, sodium, flour in a big vessel. Now in a medium-sized vessel whisking in yoghurt, brown sugar, egg, white part of eggs & rest one-quarter cup oil. Folding in corn & bell pepper mix & then folding into dry constituents till just dampened.
  • Diving the mix in an even manner in the tins, baking for twenty-five to thirty minutes or till a steel needle introduced to the core doesn’t pick up any stickiness. Cooling off for five minutes & then serve.

Cranberries-Pecans Scone

These delectable sweet scones could be whipped up during weekends & the rest stored in the freeze section & be thawed prior to eating them.

Ingredients

Two cups whole-wheat cake flour

One cup pecan chop

Two teaspoons soda bicarb

Half teaspoon sodium

One plus one-quarter less-fat vanilla-flavoured yoghurt

Two tablespoons canola oil

One teaspoon fresh grate of orange rind

Two to three cups dry sweet cranberry

Method

  • Pre-heating the oven to four hundred degree Fahrenheit. Lightly coating a nine inch round bake pan using cooking sprays.
  • Whisking in the pecan, soda bicarb, sodium, flour in a big vessel.
  • Whisking in the yoghurt, orange rind plus oil in a smallish vessel.
  • Making a hollow in the midst of the flour mix & adding the yoghurt blend plus cranberry & stirring for just blending it.
  • Pressing into the bake pan and scoring the mix using a sharp object for forming eight triangles. Baking for twenty to twenty-five minutes or till light brown & inserting wood toothpicks in the core for checking if any sticky residue comes on them.

One cup slices of avocadoes

Four tablespoons fat-less yoghurt

Four tablespoons salsa

Eight corn tortilla, toasting

Method

  • Heating a ten inch non-stick pan, adding crush cumin & cooking till fragrance is apparent, adding bean tin, scallion, bell peppers, potage & garlic. On boiling, lower heat & allow simmering. Cooking for eight minutes or till veggies are soft & majority of the potage has dried up. Now mashing the beans slightly with ladle.
  • Using the backside of the ladle for making four notches in the beans. One-by-one breaking every egg inside a cup & pouring in every indent. Covering & cooking for around eight minutes or till eggs are done as per requirement.
  • Scooping every part of the egg topping bean mix in a platter. Scattering the sliced avocadoes on it & about the beans. Topping every serve with a tablespoon yogurt plus a tablespoon salsa and serving with tortilla & a spicy sauce of choice.
