Every year on March 24, the whole world observes World Tuberculosis Day. It was in the year 1882 that a person called Robert Koch found that there were bacteria that caused tuberculosis. The day is respected and observed as World Tuberculosis Day in order to spread the awareness of how the disease affects people globally.
