Add Nutrition In Your Breakfast

This takes place with most of us that around 11, our stomach starts echoing and demanding food, even if we had consumed our breakfast just three hours before. So, to dispel these feelings before the lunchtime, let’s try to consume this nutritious and healthy food in the morning so that we work efficiently and contribute the best output without the hindrance of hungry stomach. For gaining the best results, eat a combination of two to three foods mentioned below. These will fill you with carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fibers and make a good and energetic meal that will make you feel vigorous all through the whole morning. Consume these stuffs in your morning breakfast to restrain appetite.

Oatmeal
Oats are enriched with calcium and magnesium which helps in balancing the nervous system. The high content of fiber in oatmeal is helpful for digestion. For the best results, eat steel-cut oats as they are nutritious. But in a pinch, the finest is the instant oatmeal. In addition, also add cherries or almonds in your bowl which will provide nourishment to your body.

Eggs
For adding healthy proteins in your breakfast, eat an egg-white omelet that is stuffed with fresh veggies and low fat cheese. This is a healthy choice and if you are quite busy and can’t afford losing much time from your hands then, boil the eggs the previous night, so that you can eat it the next morning.

Almonds
Almonds are loaded with proteins, vitamin E and monounsaturated fat (that is a good fat). They help in lowering the levels of cholesterol and enhance complexion. Almonds can be simply added over your meal, you can dress your oatmeal with nourishing almonds. Or if you have loads of work waiting for you, catch a handful of almonds and eat in the way. If it is feasible to you, then opt for authentic almond that is not salted because of which you can avert the consumption of extra sodium and artificial preservatives.

Berries
Rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, they provide for nutrition and make a healthy food. Especially, blue berries are the healthiest choice. They can be eaten along with any kind of breakfast meal, be it oatmeal, yoghurt or anything else of your choice. Make sure that you eat a cup of berries, if it is not possible to prepare it in the morning as you are in hurry, then cut berries the night before so that it helps in an easy preparation during the morning.

Yogurt

It is a good option to turn to, if your mornings are busy and doesn’t allow for spending more time in kitchen. They are rich in proteins and calcium. Also it has a low content of tryptophan and amino acids that triggers way for drowsy feelings. Make sure that you begin your day with healthy yogurt and also toss fresh berries or almonds so that you add more nutrition to your diet. However, opt for a low fat version.
