Poppy seeds are rich source of B-complex, thiamine which is essential to general well-being, aids mental alertness, has a feel-good factor, aids effective digestion of food along with aversion from cardiac ailments. Those who suffer from skin reactions and have sensitive skin can try this great mix that helps soothe irritant skin. Make a fine blend of a tablespoonful of poppy seeds with enough water to make a slurry consistency.
