Girlie’s night outs- A major Diet Buster
Hail ho to Women power with girlie bonding being the ultimate stress reliever where one can just chill out and have an enjoyable time. But here’s a bummer, a latest study has revealed that women brigade getting together over meals can actually take a toll on the waistline. Women that ate in the company of other women had a noted tendency to devour more calories. It especially stands factual in the case of the cavorting ladies night out amongst singleton and married women, wherein the presence of a big group of same sex buddies may influence one to chomp down more calories with the food choices they opted for. However, those women that consumed meals in smaller same sex batches or with a male companion were found to eat rather less quantities. In the case of men conversely, neither the friends circle’s gender nor number appeared to make any marked difference to their eating habit.
