Arduous Work Outs Strongly Correlated With Memory Loss
A latest study has revealed that those women, who regularly took up laborious exercises like running, swimming or aerobics for a period of decades or so, incurred a major slump in memory, remembering skills along with other key functions. This comes out as a vociferous warning to female marathon runners amongst others engaging in physically taxing activities for extended periods of time. It has been proven that restrained form of moderate exercises like golf, volleyball, softball, quick walking or cycling on even levelled streets, aid in honing mental skills in women. Researcher Mary C. Tierney, a PhD holder of University of Toronto was of the viewpoint that many people think that if a small amount of exercise is good then a significant amount would be even better, which is not right.
