All the buddies out there need not to tell again and again the ill-effects of depression. Everyone knows that depressed mind gives way to malignant diseases that leads to dilapidation of the health. So, here’s presenting three boosting expert techniques that will resuscitate your mood in a few seconds.

Chicago-based certified Hypno-therapist Karen Erickson says that our constantly pressurised brain needs some time so that it calms down. It needs idle time for doing nothing when it can only relax and let pressure go out of the head. So, the ever-running anxious mind should get one day’s rest so that it cools up and stays healthy forever. For those who always are on switch-on mode and persistently run the race of life and can’t afford one day go idly, Erickson advises three incredible techniques that can be performed anywhere and at anytime.

  1. Touch your toes and hold this exercise pose barely for 5 seconds. This implements stress on your one muscle group at particular time. After this rest for 30seconds and exercise this for a few times.
  2. Resuscitate Your SensesGive this one a hit; this will surely soothe your apprehensive senses, what you have to do is seek a tranquil place where you are all alone i.e. in solitary. Take a break from the entire world for 5 to 15 minutes. Envisage that you are sitting in the shores of beach water, anticipating this will only make you feel relaxed and cosy. Visualise in your mind the waves of gushing curvy water and the freshness of breeze passing by. This will de-stress your anxious mind and give you a feel of ecstasy.
  3. Whenever sitting or standing leisurely, try this. Close your eyes and touch your stomach, inhale a deep breath and hold it inside for a few seconds and when you breathe out, speak out aloud ‘Ahh’. Try this continuously for three times. You will start feeling better.
