You are right - the 50% discount is a very welcome change for those on Medicare Part D. One thing I didn't see in the article is that generic drugs are also discounted, albeit only at 7%. So with the 50% discount on brand name drugs and the 7% discount on generics, part d drugs should be more affordable for me.

I like the idea of using a store bought face mask, rather than homemade face masks. I have found that using Face Masque Bar face masks yield the best results for my skin. I have sensitive skin so I am fairly picky when it comes to facial masques. You can find them at http://facemasquebar.com/

There are many options out there. Trial and error is really the only way to discover what works best for your particular skin type, unfortunately.

Hello,

On my side i do recommend the narrow-band 311 nm UVB treatment.

It is a simple UVB Lamp to use at home, works for Psoriasis and Vitiligo.

Just one minute maximum per area per day.

Really awesome results in a week, reproduce the improvments due to the sun !

Hey Rosshera: I would like to comment on your question. Look. Tingling and numbness in the fingers are conditions that can be generalized in many a way. There can be drawn many conclusions out of the statement 'i have tingling and numbness in my fingers and toes'. So, unless a proper diagnosis is carried out, you cannot decide if it is a serious problem or just a little one. As far as solving the problem is concerned, this post gives plenty of advices to treat the tingling of fingers at first hand. Any of these can work as a temporary solution, till u see the doc.

Can numbness in fingers and toes be related to tingling and serious health problems associated with it? I have had numbness for the past few weeks in my toes.

Tingling fingers is the very first symptom of multiple sclerosis. It is very well known that the disorder of multiple sclerosis is very common, esp. among mid-aged people and women. So, I being a mid-aged woman, am a too conscious about the symptoms and risk factors of the disorder. So, i notice this post at first hand. Getting diagnosed is very essential if the slightest of finger tingling is felt.
